Sydney Sweeney starred in Sony’s Madame Web, which has been one of 2024’s biggest high-profile flops, and now she’s commented on that and revealed why she agreed to be in the movie in the first place. Speaking to GQ, Sweeney said Madame Web was “such a large movie with so many people involved,” and she was “just hired as an actor” to bring a character to life, Spider-Woman, that her little cousins would be excited about.
“There’s no outcome I can control on a film like that, especially when I’m not a producer. You sign up for whatever happens and you take the ride,” she said.

Sony could be expanding on its line of audio hardware, as a report claims that the PS5 manufacturer is working on new earbuds and wireless headsets.
According to Insider Gaming, Project Nomad is a set of earbuds that will offer up to five hours of battery life, comes with its own charging case, and can be recharged via USB-C when plugged into the PS5 console. It’s worth noting that Sony already offers several lines of earbuds, some of which contain noise-canceling technology similar to the bigger headsets sold by the company.

Despite winning the second leg of their Champions League round-of-16 clash 3-0 against AC Milan, Arsenal bowed out of Europe s premier club competition after losing 4-3 on aggregate.
The result ended any realistic chances Arsenal had of ending their seven-year trophy drought but finishing third can raise spirits, although it will not be easy according to Wenger.

Javier Aguirre has denied any involvement in the alleged La Liga match-fixing scandal from the time he was head coach at Real Zaragoza.
The Mexican was in charge of Zaragoza from November 2010 until December 2011, his tenure including a league match with Levante on the final day of the 2010-11 season.

Monaco midfielder Joao Moutinho revealed he was minutes away from signing with Tottenham from Porto.
The Portugal international was set to link up with compatriot Andre Villas-Boas at White Hart Lane, a move heavily expected in August 2012.
